Agile Leaders and Information Radiators: Dry Erase Paint
I lived for too long in my office—a 300 square foot pool cabana next to my family’s home—without a dry erase board for thinking and visualizing ideas. When I finally got one, it had to be smaller than I would like because there is such limited wall space.
Here’s a picture of the wall that offered the largest space. I hung a 4 foot wide by 3 foot tall white board. I use it pretty well, but it is limiting for those…
Big Ideas
I want a bigger white board, but I don’t have a place to hang it. What to do?
I just found out about Dry Erase Paint. They have a seriously cool web-site full of ideas about turning walls, desktops, counters, or any surface into a dry erase surface.
How cool is that?
I’m seriously thinking about repainting my office. It isn’t cheap, but it also isn’t more expensive than a good dry erase board. And it comes in different colors.
Can you imagine?
Many of my readers are agile team leaders. What if you painted your team space with this stuff so you could use every available part of the wall for shared display?
We home school and are always short of whiteboard space. What if we painted the entire school room (which doubles as the rec room) with this stuff?
What do you think?
If you have experience with this product I’d love to hear from you.
