Jean Tabaka to Attend Next Knowledge Team Leadership
Globe-trotting team coach and author Jean Tabaka will be my special guest in Dallas, December 11-13. You win with access to more expertise!
With over 25 years of experience in the software development industry, Jean’s work has taken her throughout North America, England, Wales, France, the Netherlands, Denmark, Australia, Malaysia, and India. She is the author of Collaboration Explained: Facilitation Skills for Software Project Leaders (Addison-Wesley 2006). Jean says:
I love my work as a facilitator, coach, agile mentor, Scrum Master. How did I get so lucky to engage in a passion for a living? It takes me all over the world and meeting so many amazing people sharing in so many organizational challenges and rewards.
I am currently working on a set of papers about the 21st century greening of the Software Industry with my CTO Ryan Martens. It is some of the most amazing work I have ever had the pleasure to share with anyone.
One of my favorite things to do in my travels is to collect music. My CD collection is now over 700 and my online iTunes is over 70GBytes.
If you came to my house, I would want to share some wine, some appetizers and sit in the backyard watching the sun set over the Flat Iron mountains while I had some nice jazz playing in the background and the robins flapping in the bird bath in the foreground.
