The effects show up in quicker identification of problems, more creative solutions, and greater collaboration in developing and executing them. This has enabled me to be much more effective in my human resources consulting practice while significantly increasing my enthusiasm and sense of aliveness.
I actually look forward to problems now because the process for resolving them with The Responsibility Process model is so energizing and engaging.
